As part of WLB, we offer a variety of programs including in-house Yoga training, eco-friendly recreation facility surrounded with natural forest and river, hiking. This encourages them to limit their work hours.

Through Fulcrum Interest Group, employees having common interest areas come together and form a Group. They share their experiences, learning’s, knowledge regarding the common interest area of the group.
These groups provide employees a common platform to bond with each other through medium of common likings.
