Our quality goal occupies a prime space in every deliverable. We strictly adhere to policies outlined by the Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI) guidelines which ensure quality checks at every development phase of the software product or application.

Fulcrum ensures that its quality policy is synchronous with the vision of the company . We strongly believe that the quality policy is about customer satisfaction, timely delivery of the solution and technology up-gradation and support. We are committed to comply with the requirements and thereby improve the effectiveness of the Management System.
Fulcrum quality process methodology is not simply following the quality compliances; we go one step ahead in closely working with customer to understand the quality expectation and "value" expected from every project and engagement.
With our strict quality policy in place, we are well positioned to serve our customers and demonstrate our commitment to quality and continuous improvement in meeting or exceeding customers' requirements. We constantly review our processes. Our quality practices address the quality assurance needs at every phase of the development cycle.
Our Quality Assurance Team analyses each client's requirements and creates a Quality Assurance Plan for each project to ensure an optimum business solution. The Quality Assurance Team is committed on delivering higher quality solutions quickly.
Our Quality Assurance Methodology uses a combination of automated and manual testing methods as per the requirements to obtain comprehensive and comparable results, also saving time during iterations and repeat runs. For each test cycle, test plans are created involving details like scope of test, test steps and test cases, test platform and duration. Test results are logged into test logs and provided to the client for each test run.
